My project has taken a turn in a new direction. I stopped using my laser cutting idea and began using my drawings and portfolio work. Partly because of the cost to laser cut what i wanted, but mostly because i felt like i didn’t want to take it any further.
I have bagan working with my drawings in photoshop using the clone tool:
i love this faded grey colour that emerges from the white background. I will look at printing some of these on cartridge paper myself to see the outcome before sourcing a profession company who can print at a better quality.
